Large Frying pan

2# ground Sirloin

Brown it until done

Add

2 Cups chopped onion

2 cups chopped fresh broccoli

1 cup chopped baked potato

1-10" stick of celery

Stir above into cooked sirloin

add 1/4 cup water so

browned meat flavor will

Penetrate veggies.

Cook until Broccoli is almost tender.

Salt to taste

(it may work with a raw potato

chopped small as well)
