"Prune Whip"

"Prune Whip"

     This is a quick way to clean out your colon.  

It tastes delicious too.  

Boil one pound of prunes, when cool, pit the prunes or buy the pitted ones.  Chop the cooked prunes and cool them overnight in fridge.  Beat 1/2 cup of whipping cream and fold into the cold prunes.  

Eat first thing in the morning before you even drink water.  Stay home as you will need to be near a bathroom.

     You cannot cure constipation from the bottom up, with suppositories or enemas.  

It has to be from the top down with vegetable fiber. Eat two cups of veggies with lunch and dinner.  Frozen, fresh  or canned corn, frozen, fresh or canned french cut green beans work very well.  1 cup of each and one cup fritos and a serving of meat if you like.  Red pepper (optional) sprinkled on the veggies with a little butter will let you know when the train leaves the station.  Red pepper is very good for many things in the intestines and arteries.  

(you have to eat like this at least three times a week)

"Broccoli Dip"

"Brocoli Dip"

Cut up three or four garlic cloves and add 1 cup of cream or half and half. Put in Fridge.

Steam some broccoli the next day until almost tender.  Serve dip in individual tiny bowls.  .

Dip broccoli in it for a wonderful taste treat.  I think kids would love it too.  (if you added melted cheese to the broccoli, of course)

"Lesson"

I was going through life

Sniffing flowers

Watching butterflies

Under a clear blue sky

Not knowing 

The invisible monster

Was  poised to step upon me

As if I  were an ant on his hill.

A monster made up 

Of lies, betrayal, greed

and evil.

He stomped me into the earth

Without warning.

Stunned, I sat up

and looked  around.

The sky was dark

The flower heads were

hanging down.

The butterflies .... gone.

The Monster looked back

at me,  with a grin...

I heard him mumble

"Now,  you fit in."
