Do You Have Dry, Itchy, or swollen Legs?

Do You Have Dry,
Itchy, and/or swollen Legs?

If you do and you are
usually taking showers
rather than baths, you could have
dead cell accumulation
on your legs and feet. I know, it is
hard to believe as it
is almost invisible. Your legs will
eventually feel hot.
You will feel tired and have strange
pains all over your body.
You must soak your feet and legs
and scrub them with a soapy
nylon sponge, rinse and rub dry
with a towel. You may have
to do this many days in a row
before your skin becomes soft
and supple once more.
Drinking lots of water, and
cucumber/tomato juice will]
also help soften them
from the inside out.
For all shower users, after your shower,
always exfoliate your
skin by rubbing briskly with a towel.

HAVE YOU TRIED IT?

I wash them thoroughly and Put one in
my Magic bullet with a little water,
peel and all.
I drink half of it, my husband drinks half.
It tastes good if you add
a little tomato juice.
