Corn bake

(my original recipe)

Beat four eggs with big fork

add

1 1/4 cups whole milk

1 can drained whole kernel corn.

add two cups Bisquick

add I small chopped onion

add 1 Tablespoon each of parsley,

chives, cilantro,* and 1 tsp garlic granules*

Stir well.

Mixture...will be loose.

Grease oblong 9 x 13 cake pan with butter

Pour in batter and bake until brown

350º

about 35-40 minutes--serve hot.

Butter each slice like you would bread.

YUMMY

You can add ham or cheese if you like.

'Nightmare'

Last night I dreamed that I was

stuck inside of a computer

program. I felt like I was in

a coffin and could hardly breathe.

I was terrified. I could just move

my hands a little that were pinned

along each side. I had my cell phone

in one hand so I sent a text

message to a friend with my

password and begged him to type it

in and let me out. He was near his

computer so he did, and somehow it worked.

I was so relieved! I think that is a message

that maybe I am on the computer too much.

OR, it could have been that movie on Channel

Two about pythons squeezing alligators to death

that had something to do with it. I can't

stand snakes so I don't know why I watched part

of it.

My baby son, Larry Martin was born

on this date, 57 years ago.

He died of SIDS when he

was seven months old.

This picture was taken the

day before he died.

I miss him.

Big Brownie Cake

Oh Yummy!

1 package Duncan Hines Milk chocolate cake mix

1 package Chocolate Instant pudding (three cup size)

3 eggs

1/2 cup olive oil

1 1/2 cup milk

1 cup walnuts (can use two cups if you like)

Directions:

4 qt bowl

3 eggs (beat)

Add milk and olive oil

(beat)

Add cake mix and pudding mix

Beat with mixer for 3-5 minutes

Add walnuts

Stir

Place mixture in metal oblong cake pan.

Bake at 350º for 38 minutes.

Cake is done when butter knife comes out clean

or when wet finger placed on bottom of

pan in center, sizzles.

(Needs n no frosting)

'Banana Fluff Cake'

One package white cake mix

1 pkg instant vanilla pudding

4 eggs

1/2 cup olive oil

1 cup warm water

2 cut up ripe bananas

Beat all ingredients for four minutes

In Four quart bowl, beat eggs , add olive oil,

water and bananas...

Add white cake mix and instant pudding.

Beat with electric mixer for four minutes.

Pour into 9 x 14 oblong glass cake dish

well buttered.

Bake at 350º for 35 minutes or until knife placed

in center comes out clean.

Cake will settle as it cools. Yumlicious.

Serve plain or with whipped cream or ice cream.
