Hard Boiled Eggs Easy Peel!
I have been looking for an easy way
to peel hard boiled eggs for years!
So easy: Add 2 heaping Tablespoons of salt
to cold water...place eggs in and make
sure the water covers them slightly.
I make a dozen at a time and boil them
for 25 minutes. (set timer)
Pour off water when cooked and add
cold water...peel immediately.
Shell will almost fall off.
I use them for egg salad, potato salad and pasta salad.
