DELICIOUS OATMEAL COOKIES!
Delicious Oatmeal cookies
1 Stick butter, softened
1 cup packed pure maple sugar or brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
2 eggs
2 teaspoons imitation vanilla
1 and 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
3 cups Quaker oats
(Use the new baking oatmeal)
1 and 1/2 cups walnuts
1 and 1/2 cups milk chocolate Nestles
toll house chocolate chips
Beat eggs with fork
Add maple sugar and white sugar ~beat
Add salt, soda, vanilla ~~~~ Mix
Add soft butter ~~~~~Mix
Add oats, walnuts, chocolate chips ~~~~~Mix
Add Flour~~~~~ Mix
Batter will be very thick~~~~~
I made large cookies ~~~~ 27 cookies in all.
(Foil on cookie sheets~ didn't grease)
Bake at 350º for 17 minutes until dark brown and crispy.
(start checking time after 12 Minutes for oven variance)
The best tasting cookies ever in my opinion.

(if you double this recipe, it will be hard to stir as it fills a four
quart up to the top)
