SWEET 'N SOUR CHICKEN

BUY THREE BAKED CHICKENS

YOU SHOULD GET 8 CUPS OF MEAT.

cut it small and brown it in 1/2 stick of butter.

In small bowl mix:

4 teaspoons Heinz 57 sauce

12 Tablespoons of pure maple syrup

1- 20 ounce can of Dole chunk pineapple.

After chicken is browned..add to chicken

and let it simmer until liquid is gone.

Freeze in Kapak bags for future use.

SERVE OVER BASMATI RICE

ADD A LITTLE SOY SAUCE TO TASTE.

I just figured out a new way to make chicken taste delicious!

For every 2 cups of baked chicken:

Do this.

Brown chicken in butter

Once browned,

Add a mixture of:

1 tsp Heinz 57 sauce

3 Tablespoons Maple Syrup

Mix above in a separate bowl

with 4 shakes of black pepper.

Then add to the browned chicken and

stir well for a few minutes.

(with heat still on pan)

Larger Recipe

To make three pints of browned chicken,

I use 3 tsp of Heinz 57 sauce and

9 Tablespoons of Maple syrup

and 12 shakes of black pepper.

Make sandwiches out of dinner rolls or put on

rice...anywhere! YUM!

Last Friday, when I was vacuuming, I heard a knock

at the door. I turned off the vacuum and opened the door.

In a split second a strange man pushed his way in

and threw me to the floor like I was a rag doll.

He shut the door and stared at me with evil eyes.

I was in stunned shock!

My two year old Grandson was sitting on the sofa

watching his cartoons. He let out a scream and

my paralyzed body suddenly filled with adrenaline.

I kicked the intruder in the balls and jumped to my feet.

I grabbed the vacuum and swung it like a baseball bat

at his head. It connected and blood splashed everywhere.

I picked up my Grandson and called 911. The intruder died

in the ambulance on the way to the hospital.

Virtual Travel One

After I say my prayers at night, I let my mind take me to outer space. Sometimes back

in time. Whatever mood I am in. I have been doing this for years.

The Ship

I only had to wait a few seconds on the front porch in the dark before the

saucer shaped object came out of the sky, landed and extended its ramp. It was

white with a lavender glow about it. As soon as my feet touched the ramp, I seemed to

float rather than walk to my seat. Off I went into space. I knew it was taking me to the

Purple Planet as I had been there many times before. I watched as it passed through

millions of enticing places. I felt excited. Sure enough...in a very short time

we landed on a platform that led to my favorite spa. I was helped by strong, kind, human like

assistants to the massage table. Carefully undressed and covered with a light blue weightless

fabric. Four attended me and began the wondrous massage that I had become accustomed to.

I felt like I was glowing, full of light and could feel tensions and worries lift from my body

and disappear. They left me, relaxed and almost asleep. Soon a strong warrior type came

from a side door. He lifted me up and carried me to the pool in the marble room.

It was so beautiful in there. Soft music played in the distance. The water was warm and

he slid me onto a bed/chair that let me partly sit and partly lie in the gold sparkling water.

He quietly left the room. I was in paradise. The water felt like liquid gold. My body felt like it was healed inside and out. The room was filled with one beautiful color after another.

Soon about twenty or so of the assistants gathered around the small pool. They all stared at me and smiled. They began humming a tune I remembered as a child. I woke up in my bed, the next morning, refreshed, relaxed, remembering their smiling faces.

Cold and Cough GONE in a day!

I know...it is hard to believe. I am still in shock!.

I woke up in the middle of the night feeling soooo

terrible. A horrid cough woke me. I could hardly

catch my breath. My throat was sore, my nose was

running, my neck lymph nodes were swollen.

I reached for my clove/coconut oil that I had made only

two days previous. I rubbed the oil on my nodes, neck

and chest. I finally went back to sleep. When it was 9AM, I awoke

for the day.

I was coughing and feeling terrible. I sipped some

oil of oregano (six drops) and Kloss's (10 drops) in an 8 ounce glass of water.

I rubbed the clove/coconut oil on my chest and throat about three more

times.

That same afternoon, I awoke from a two hour nap and ALL symptoms

were GONE! I felt great! What in the world? Usually a coughing cold

will take me out for a week or two.

I think it was the clove/coconut oil that did it as I have taken the water mixture

before with no dramatic results like these!

Want to try it? Here is the simple formula.

Buy a small jar of WHOLE Cloves.

Put a tablespoon of the cloves into an empty small jar.

Add 4 Tablespoons of coconut oil. Leave it sit at room temperature.

It won't spoil. Coconut oil never spoils.

Rub it on your chest and neck when you get a cold or cough.
