Faultless Relaxation Technique


Faultless Relaxation Technique

This was learned
from a Chinese Master

Massage from the groin to the forehead in
a clockwise motion.

Do not let hand leave the body of patient
for a second.

When you get to the forehead,
move thumb to
one temple and small finger
to other temple.

Hold for 60 seconds.

Without letting hand leave body, reverse the massage
back to the groin.
(now in counter clockwise motion)

Patient should be
totally relaxed
and feet should fall
to the sides.
Let patient lie still
for a few minutes
in that relaxed position.
