The Other Side

' The Other Side'

You can reach out

And touch the other side

If you are in enough despair

If you have things

You can't repair

You can reach out and touch the

Other Side

And ask to enter unafraid

For we know not what

Lies behind

And once we do not care

We just want to find

Peace somewhere

A gentle soul took my hand

And held it oh so still

He calmed me saying

We must obey God's will

My time has not come yet

And I must try to forget

The pain and sorrow

I have met.

For there is a plan

In place

A lesson

One might reach

Not to be learned

perhaps...

But to teach...
