I saw this on TV: Diet Soda not only makes you crave sweets, it makes you crave all food constantly.
Sleep apnea which mans not getting proper sleep makes you fat. The body is constantly looking for a "boost" of energy because of lack of sleep so it goes for calories to try to get even a temporary shot of energy.
Two bottles of beer will relax your feet if you soak them in it.
I find that at 3 AM I am the most flexible. (sleep apnea) In order to go back to sleep, I train my feet to massage my legs . Feet can be trained to scratch your back. Well, maybe not. I think it is because you are so relaxed after sleeping so long that the tense stress we all live with dissipates at that hour.
