Oh, Yeah, Kefir Pancakes

Oh, Yeah, Kefir Pancakes

In two quart bowl, beat four 
eggs with large fork
Add one and 1/3 cups  
Heloise's Strawberry Kefir
Mix it in.
Add enough bisquick to make a thin
or thick batter, whatever you prefer.
I use about a cup and a half.
Fry on hot heavy griddle, brushed 
with olive oil. (when water
droplet dances on griddle it is
just the right temperature)
Turn temperature down to low and
the griddle should maintain the
proper temperature.
Serve with real butter
and REAL maple syrup!
These are too yummy for words!

These sound great! Don't try to slide these over on Jamie when we come though, he likes your original pancakes the best! Haha
