You cannot cure constipation from the bottom up, with suppositories or enemas.
It has to be from the top down with vegetable fiber. Eat two cups of veggies with lunch and dinner. Frozen, fresh or canned corn, frozen, fresh or canned french cut green beans work very well. 1 cup of each and one cup fritos and a serving of meat if you like. Red pepper (optional) sprinkled on the veggies with a little butter will let you know when the train leaves the station. Red pepper is very good for many things in the intestines and arteries.
(you have to eat like this at least three times a week)
