'Perfect Pasta every Time'

Most of you probably know
this, but for those who don't
I feel I must share.
I use at least two quarts
of cold tap water per pound
of Pasta. . 
(don't use hot tap water)
Bring to a boil
Add Pasta, quick stir, cover
with tight cover, turn off heat.
NO PEEKING
In exactly twenty minutes
pour off water and rinse.
VIOLA---Perfection!

ALSO my recipe for
Hard boiled eggs
(Perfect every time)

Cover eggs with cold water
(just barely cover with water)

Turn heat on high
Set timer for exactly 22 minutes.
Pour off water and put cold
water over eggs.
Peel as soon as possible.
