Millions stood in the cold 

To see

An amazing event in our

history.

A country grown up that

Will no longer stand

For separation

across our land.

Many have suffered

And many have died

To bring us this far

I stand now with pride

Shoulders back

Head held high

 Sweet land of 

liberty.

Now thee shall

Never die.
