This Helped My Lower Back Pain


This Helped My Lower Back Pain

I slipped a 'fat" ball point pen
horizontally under my middle finger
and made a fist. I had two pens and
did both hands at once.
Then I held my fists at my side for one
minute. Then raised them above my
head for 30 seconds.
It felt like it was pulling my lower back
upwards.

It really helped me.
