'Chefs A'Field DVDs'


I watched a great show on PBS about
cooking local produce in season.
They  have three DVD's out. I am going
to buy them.

There is a huge movement towards this in many restaurants here in Portland that only buy local produce. I think this is so important now more than ever especially to support local agriculture. This year was my first year to purchase a share at a local farm and I loved it! I got great veggies every week and always new stuff and many things I'd never tried before.
