Ten Minute Exercise'

This is easy...if you are stuck in your computer chair, set a timer for ten minutes.  Walk to your kitchen and back...at least sixty  steps...set timer again...repeat all the time during your computer or TV movie time.  Make your back strong.  Good posture while you walk.  
In a month, you will thank me.  Try it.
