"Five Minute Key Lime Pie"

"Five Minute Key Lime Pie"

(Bake crust  for five minutes while mixing filling)

Put one quart half and half  in large bowl
Add 1/2 cup Philadelphia creme cheese    (don't use substitutes-other creme cheese)
Mix above
Add two boxes instant vanilla pudding (two cup size) 
Stir...
Add juice of one fresh lime. (two if you like)
Stir until it thickens

Fill pre-baked and cooled ready made graham cracker crust (that you have smeared with butter before baking) AND FILL WITH YOUR DELICIOUS FILLING

It makes enough filling for two small pies.
You could also add crushed pineapple drained well instead of limes
for a pineapple custard pie ---add some cool whip.
This is a high calorie dessert but for a party it would be a big hit.
