"Magic Meatballs


'Magic Meatballs'


Two Eggs beaten with fork

1/4 cup half and half

1 1/2 pounds ground sirloin

Tblsp each chives, parsley  (dried)

Salt and pepper

Stir in one cup of corn meal

and 1 cup Bisquick

Put some olive oil and butter into heavy frying pan

Form into balls and brown slightly over heat and bake for 1 hour...350º 


Meatball Shells will be very  Crusty hard and brown

(lots of delicious flavor)

(You could use ground turkey, chicken, canned salmon, canned tuna or any meat you like for variety) 


(this was my original experiment...adjust ingredients as you see fit)


Eat or Freeze for future use.


Thaw and slice ...add to  your stir fry's .  


Broccoli onion cauliflower celery parsley bell peppers any veggie you like.

Soy sauce or teriyaki sauce for dip...Yummy. 

(This is a tasty way to stretch your meat budget)

Toss a few in soup for a great addition
