1- 18 ounce bag of Oreo’s
1- 8 ounce block of Cream cheese
( standard size)
1- 10-12 ounce bag of chocolate chips
(white is the best)
Crush Oreos in a large bowl by food processor or by hand.
(save a small amount to garnish the truffles)
Roll the Oreo and cream cheese mixture into small 1 inch balls.
Melt the chocolate slowly in a double boiler stirring continuously.
Dip ball into chocolate and coat it completely. Place truffle onto wax paper.
Refrigerate for 1 hour.
Serve and enjoy.
