New Revised Pumpkin Bake Recipe
(double size)
(I wanted to stretch the expensive sweetened condensed milk)
In four quart bowl
6 large eggs ---- beat with large fork
Add 4 cups canned pumpkin
Add 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
Add 1 fourteen ounce can sweetened condensed milk
2 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp Nutmeg
1 tsp salt
Crush two packages of original
Nabisco graham crackers in ziploc bag (three package size)
Melt 1/2 stick butter in pan and add graham cracker crumbs
add 1/2 cup maple sugar
Add 1/2 cup crushed walnuts Stir.
In large buttered glass baking dish place most of crumb mixture
Click to see 9 " x 13" baking dish
Pour batter over that.
Sprinkle remaining crumbs on top.
Bake at 425º for 15 minutes
Reduce heat to 350º and bake for 45 minutes.
It is done when butter knife comes out clean from center
